I'm looking for a small heater to keep in my room so that I can turn off the central air at night. Since it's in my bedroom and so close to me, I want to make sure I'm breathing in clean air. Does anyone have any experience with portable heaters? Any ideas on what's better, gas, electric, infrared, etc. ? I've been looking at Efficient Heaters - these seem to be the best prices out there and there's quite a variety. Any top picks from here you'd suggest?

Oh! And does anyone know if they make heaters with air purifiers built-in like they do with ACs? I never see them?
